Hatching Chicks in the Classroom with Urban West 4-H!
Each spring, our Embryology Program offers an exciting, hands-on learning experience for K-12 students. This program takes place during March and April and is designed to teach students about the fascinating journey of chick development—from egg incubation to hatching!
Program details
We offer two sessions each spring, giving educators and students the opportunity to witness the science of life firsthand. This engaging program aligns with science standards and brings a real-world biological experience into the classroom.
Spring 2025 Session details are below, please note registration close dates:
- Session 1: March 3-14, 2025 (registration closes January 31, 2024)
- Session 2: April 7-18, 2025 (registration closes February 28, 2025)
