This program helps families identify and build on their strengths, face challenges, and make informed choices. Learn to identify and build family strengths to make your family even stronger. You can learn new skills to help you improve your communication, increase your child's self-esteem, manage stress, and much more!

Family Strengths

The family's influence is far more significant than we can imagine. We will explore how important the strength of a family unit is in developing the strengths and skills of the family members.

Communication

Want to get your message heard? How does nonverbal language play a part in communicating? Learn how to break down barriers in family communication.

Positive Discipline

Wondering why your child may misbehave? This session focuses on reinforcing and teaching healthy behaviors and guidance strategies.

Kids and Self-Esteem

Self-esteem is the degree to which we feel accepted and valued by others who are important to us. Learn skills to build self-esteem in youth.
