1. Provide attendees with key workforce training data, including top in-demand skillsets and projected gaps in the area. 

2. Facilitate connections between employers and relevant resources. 

3. Engage in roundtable discussions to explore workforce training gaps and unmet needs across the state. 4. Identify opportunities to address unmet training needs and supporting regional workforce development.
