The Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) or Prevent T2 is located in Monett can help you make lasting lifestyle changes to reduce your risk of Type 2 Diabetes by more than 50% and take change of your life. This class is offered in our community through a collaboration between the University of Missouri Extension and Cox Monett Hospital. Prevent T2 is part of the National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
