Learn to meal prep! 

This series of 4 classes will take participants through each stage of the preparation, freezing, and cooking process of flavor packed freezer meals. Freezer meals not only help save time, they can also help you save money and reduce food waste. US households lose, on average, 1/3 of food purchases to waste. 

Reclaim your food with the Freeze It! program. 

After each of the four classes, participants will take home 4-6 servings of a meal! Tuesday 5:30-7:30pm @ Young School Kitchen
