Are you looking to improve your confidence, maintain your independence, and reduce the fear of falling? A Matter of Balance is a fun and interactive program designed for older adults who want to take charge of their health and well-being.

Over eight sessions you will engage in discussions, learn practical tips, and gentle exercises, manage concerns about falling, and learn to prevent falls in order to stay active for years to come. Led by compassionate and experienced instructors, this program is tailored to help you live life to the fullest, no matter your age or ability level.
