Join our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program to build the strength you need to stay active and healthy as you age. Our hourlong classes, held twice a week for eight weeks, include a warmup, easy-to-learn strength exercises, and a cool-down led by trained instructors. We provide weights, and you only need comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. After the course, you’ll receive a guide to continue the exercises at home. Stay strong and live independently longer! 

Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays for 8 consecutive weeks starting January 22nd and ending March 12th. 

There is a $50 cost which covers all 16 sessions of the course. 

Class starts at 11:30AM in the Family Impact Center.
