The MU Talent Management Leadership Institute is a two-day training for human resource professionals. The Leadership Institute will provide a comprehensive overview of trending topics in human resource management, focusing on performance management, conflict resolution, and career progression planning.
Through a series of workshops covering a range of HR topics, participants are equipped to enhance their effectiveness in managing personnel and organizational dynamics.

Continuing Education
1.4 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or 14 Professional Development Hours (PDHs). MU Extension will issue a digital badge and certificate.
