Walk with Ease is a 6-week  walking program that meets 3 times a week. This program offers stretching and strengthening exercises, tips for walking safely and comfortably, health education, personalized walking routines, a certified walking leader, and a free guidebook. This program has proven to help build confidence to be physically active, improve flexibility, strength, and stamina, and reduce pain.  

When: Monday, Wednesday, Fridays at 10:30 am
