Responsible for developing delivering, and evaluating research-based educational programs and strategies in community development in a multi-county region. Program areas include diversity, inclusion and engagement; community food systems; leadership development; strategic planning and organizational development; and facilitating community forums, assessments, and surveys. Certified in providing Navigating Difference program; Real Colors temperament assessment; Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI); CERT instructor (adults and youth).
