Professional background
Lyndsey Crouch started at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (Osher@Mizzou) as educational coordinator in 2024 and has spent her entire professional career helping older adults live life to the fullest.
Before working with Osher@Mizzou, Lyndsey spent 7 years working as a life enrichment director in long-term care and short-term rehabilitation settings, where she provided engaging opportunities for her residents and patients.
Lyndsey received her bachelor’s degree in health science from University of Missouri with minors in both psychology and human development and family science. While she was an undergrad, Lyndsey worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and interned in long term care communities. These positions sparked her interest in working with older adult populations and helping them make the most of their golden years.
