Rae Lyon is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and serves as the Associate Director for Missouri Training Institute (MTI) with more than 25 years of management, leadership and training experience in the banking, marketing, human resource and education industries. Rae consults with organizational leaders to develop and deliver customized training programs on a variety of supervisory and management-related topics.
