This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 6 of the Show Me Nutrition Fourth Grade curriculum. Starting the day without breakfast can decrease attention span and concentration. Children who eat a healthy breakfast each morning are more likely to do better in school and maintain a healthy weight. This newsletter provides tips on making time for breakfast and an activity to brainstorm tasty and healthy breakfast items.
