This promotional piece is intended for Family Nutrition Education Program employees to use as needed. The double-sided design has space to include a handwritten personal note or contact information on the back. It is printed on 6×4-inch cardstock and come in bundles of 50. This thank you card is designed to be left with families who have completed a SNAP application. These are funded in part by USDA SNAP.
