Please note that this event will take place at the Monett Armory.  

This event will largely focus on cattle nutrition, economics, and marketing.  

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the following speakers; 

• Ian McGregor will be discussing forage-based nutrition for cows.  
• Dr. Eric Bailey, Associate Professor from University of Missouri, will be traveling to the area to discuss nutrition and management strategies to maximize profit from cull heifers.  
• Bill Brooks, instructor from Northwest Missouri State University, will also be traveling to the area to present on the beef industry economic outlook for 2025.  

There will also be several vendors with booths at the event.  

This event is free to attend and a chili dinner will be provided, thanks to the Southwest Cattleman's Association.  

Proceeds from sponsors and trade show vendors will help fund the youth scholarship program, coordinated by the Monett Chamber of Commerce.
